Cloud software, architecture and agile coaching

A varied role in the cloud software unit of a global company building EV charging solutions, through Codefox: part agile coach, part architect, part hands-on developer. The platform is AWS-based and cloud-native, delivered continuously, with processes built on Disciplined Agile. I set up working practices for the team, brought clarity and consistency to how it worked, and contributed to the architecture and the code.
